Shipment will be arranged within 7 days via SF Express. All local orders will be delivered through SF Express, and a tracking number will be provided for order tracking. Customers can choose from the following pickup options:

For all orders shipped to Taiwan, real-name authentication is required for customs clearance. Please provide your Taiwan ID, passport, or residence permit number in the order remarks. All personal information will be deleted after the order is completed.
According to Taiwan Ministry of Finance regulations, real-name authentication is required for all imported personal packages. If the recipient is an individual, please download the "EZ WAY" app and complete the real-name authentication by linking your mobile number. The recipient's information must match the information in the app.

All overseas orders are not eligible for free shipping.
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Hongkong Post – e-Express
· All shipping fees will be prepaid by the sender (GFE).
· We will send you an email with a payment link to complete the shipping fee.
2. SF Express
· Shipping fees and taxes are usually collected on delivery (COD).
· For certain regions where the sender (GFE) is required to pay in advance, we will notify you via email and provide a payment link to cover the shipping cost.
· All shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to SF Express and Hongkong Post websites for detailed rates.
· Once shipped, a receipt and tracking number will be provided.
· To ensure smooth delivery, please complete the shipping fee payment within 3 business days upon receiving our payment link.
· Please ensure your postal/ZIP code is correctly filled in to avoid delivery delays.
